In heavy bottom pan, add water, salt, oil, bring to boil. Then add quinoa pasta , cook for 90%, and strain the water. Keep pasta aside.
Cooking Pasta
In a pan, heat oil, add garlic, then onions. Add tomato puree and let it cook for 4-5 min. Then add chili powder, salt. Add the pasta let it cook in sauce for 3-4 min. Add oregano/ basil. Add cream if interested and turn the stove off.
Grilled Chicken
For the grilled chicken breast, simply take a parchment paper, fold it like a piece of paper. Coat the inside of the paper slightly with oil. Sprinkle salt, chili powder, turmeric, and any other spices you might like. Take the chicken breast , slightly beat it with back of kitchen knife to flatten and reduce the thickness of meat. Now place the chicken in the parchment paper. Press the parchment paper edges together and put it on a hot skillet . Flip the paper after 3-4 min , and chicken should be ready in 6-8 min.
Serve the pasta with some salad and the grilled chicken breast.
