Instructions
Coarsely grind the cauliflower florets and oats together. Take into a bowl, and add all other ingredients as above and mix into a batter. Let it sit for 10 min. Now, on a griddle, make small pancakes and fry them.
Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce, ketchup or any vegetable chutney.
Notes
*Onions, green chilies, and cilantro can be added as well to the batter. This is optional. You can skip the yogurt and add coconut milk instead for a vegan option.
