1/2cupred dragon fruit- I used frozenoptional- adds intense color
3/4cupplant based milk- almond or soy work well
1/2cupice cubes- if using fresh fruit

Instructions
Add all the above ingredients to the blender. Always add the liquid first, helps lighten the load on the blender motor. If using a high speed blender, run the smoothie cycle which should be little less than a minute and enjoy the smoothie cold. If using normal blender, take your time, keep blending for 2-3 min, for a slushy consistency. Frozen fruits give a slushy consistency and you can skip adding ice.
Notes
You can even add fresh coconut water to the smoothie to enrich it with many electrolytes.
