Pure blissful Carrot smoothie

Smart way to include loads of carrots, with refreshing taste and texture from the fruits.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup baby carrots or chopped carrots organic
  • 2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 orange peeled / chopped
  • 1/2 cup blue berries can use any berries of your choice
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plant based milk of your choice optional- adds more creaminess and makes it a substantial snack/breakfast
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend for 45-60 sec until smooth mixture is noted. You can skip ice and just use frozen fruit.
    Play with combination of berries and find the one that works for your taste. The pineapple , orange mix are essential in my view when blending carrots for the deliciousness. Drink fresh and enjoy the nutrition benefits.
