watermelon

red plums

almond milk

pitted dates
roughly chopped
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender, and if you have smoothie cycle, run it. If not blend until smooth for 45 -60 sec, depending upon your blender speed.
Notes
If you feel it is a bit sour for your taste , use just 1/2 cup rhubarb.
