Refreshing celery with pear smoothie

A refreshing light smoothie that I love for summer mornings with right amount of sweetness

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Celery whole celery stalk washed, cut in to 4-5 pieces
  • 1 Green pear unpeeled washed, cut into 4-5 slices
  • 1 Whole kiwi- peel and diced
  • 10 Organic green grapes washed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk chilled
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice for slushy texture and chill, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender. If using a blender with smoothie setting just run the cycle once. If not, blend until smooth and slushy.
    Do not gulp it all at once. Sip through 30min to one hour.

Notes

*If you want to make a heavier version, add 1/4 cup ripe avocado with dash of lime. 
*For extra sweetness, increase the amount of pear , or add 1/4 cup pineapple.
