Sensational Simple Minty Green Dip
The simple fresh healthy and creamy dip that will make eating your veggies so much more enjoyable.
Prep Time 10 minutes mins
- 1 chopped mango- not too ripe
- 1 small avocado medium ripe
- 2 garlic cloves
- 15 mint leaves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeno sliced
- 1 lime juice
- salt to taste
- pinch of black pepper
- 2 tsp hemp hearts for added creaminess
- 3-4 Tbsp plant milk optional
Chop the ingredients required, as mentioned above.
Add all the ingredients to blender jar and blitz till smooth consistency.
Now, go ahead dip your veggies- in the shape, form, color of your choice and relish them. You can add it on your salads. If you are a meat eater, you will be surprised at the lovely flavors this dip adds on your grilled meats too.
You can save this dip in the fridge for upto 10 days in air tight container.
