Made with the sweetness of mango, heat of jalapeno, creaminess of avocado, hint of garlic, zing of lime along with the lovely aroma of mint and cilantro, this is a winning combination of fresh ingredients. The structure and flavor of this dip is reminiscent of Indian mint chutney meets avocado in the mango world. Regardless of the season, this dip has tropical vibes to it that are huge plus.

Unless you are allergic to any of the ingredients, this amazing blend of simple ingredients will make you go for second rounds on those veggies. Plus, the dip stores well in the fridge for up to 10 days, and is ready to go, to add some color, flavor to your healthy simple veggie based meals.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 chopped mango- not too ripe
  • 1 small avocado medium ripe
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15 mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno sliced
  • 1 lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tsp hemp hearts for added creaminess
  • 3-4 Tbsp plant milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Chop the ingredients required, as mentioned above.
  • Add all the ingredients to blender jar and blitz till smooth consistency.
  • Now, go ahead dip your veggies- in the shape, form, color of your choice and relish them. You can add it on your salads. If you are a meat eater, you will be surprised at the lovely flavors this dip adds on your grilled meats too.
  • You can save this dip in the fridge for upto 10 days in air tight container.
