Fruity toast powered with chia and hemp seeds, kid favorite in 5 minutes- vegan.
This recipe stems from my breakfast obsession, but this time trying to answer the frequent morning sweet tooth my kids have with a fun nutritious toast.
Got some fruit, nuts, nut butter and bread along with chia/hemp seeds, then we are good to go. This toast keeps the little tummies full for a good 3-4 hours and is perfect for on the go. When they go to school, I know after this breakfast my kids are not hungry till their lunch break, and their bodies/ minds are powered enough.

Then layered it with persimmon pieces. After that, pecan pieces were added. Sprinkle chia seeds, hemp seeds. Notes
you can use banana slices, or berries as well. Use seasonal fruits as much as you can. It is good for health to go with the seasonal produce.
