Fruity toast powered with chia and hemp seeds, kid favorite in 5 minutes- vegan.

This recipe stems from my breakfast obsession, but this time trying to answer the frequent morning sweet tooth my kids have with a fun nutritious toast.
Got some fruit, nuts, nut butter and bread along with chia/hemp seeds, then we are good to go. This toast keeps the little tummies full for a good 3-4 hours and is perfect for on the go. When they go to school, I know after this breakfast my kids are not hungry till their lunch break, and their bodies/ minds are powered enough.

Method
- Get your fruits/ nuts ready to go. Chop the toppings that you need to. Toast your bread slices.Apply the nutbutter of your choice on the bread. For the green apple layered toast- I used peanut butter, then used the apple slices across the bread slice. Added a few pomegranate seeds for extra crunch and color.Sprinkle chia seeds, hemp seeds. Top it with few walnut pieces. Add a drizzle of maple syrup ( honey – but not vegan) if you are craving for more sweetness. For the persimmon layered toast– I used almond butter on the bread. Then layered it with persimmon pieces. After that, pecan pieces were added. Sprinkle chia seeds, hemp seeds. Add a drizzle of maple syrup ( honey – but not vegan) if you are craving for more sweetness.
Notes
you can use banana slices, or berries as well. Use seasonal fruits as much as you can. It is good for health to go with the seasonal produce.
