Simple 15 minute garlic mushroom- vegan.
There is something so perfect about the combination of garlic and mushroom, not just because of the taste, but also for the health benefits, especially boosting immunity.
No list of spice mixes, no special equipment, no multiple steps- this is probably one of the simplest recipes that will ever be posted on this blog. Make it for a snack or a side, but do try this easy stir fry once and you will know, why I am actually taking time to put this on the blog. When a dish makes you want more, and is super good for your body, what are you waiting for?
We got 15 min to make this delicious snack that deserves to be binged upon, and let’s skip intro.
