My rule of making smoothies- is ‘keep it whole and simple’. I love to enjoy whole fruit smoothies when the weather gets warm and we are engaged in some outdoor activity that needs extra energy boost and hydration. Fruit loaded smoothies are a great pre workout boost. Try to find the fruit combinations that work well and then add either plant based milk or yogurt if more creamy richness is desired.

All pure fruit smoothies, are high in sugars. So it is important to drink them slowly to avoid your glucose levels from doing a roller coaster. So, despite the yumminess, take your time and do not gulp it down in 5 min. This combination is completely tropical and is pure bliss when you are out and about or just napping under the shade on a sunny day. An easy 5 min smoothie, that you can make at home and pat yourself on the back for all the tropical vibes. I promise , there will be family members saying ‘ give me more’.
