  • High speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen bananas
  • 2 cups pitted cherries frozen
  • 2 cups black berries frozen
  • 1.5 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp dry rose petals optional but recommended
  • 3 Tbsp plant based milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup if more sweetness desired

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender jar and blend on low for 30 sec, then increase to medium for a minute before going to high speed. Run on high speed to get the smooth ice cream texture. Serve immediately for best results.
    You can save this nice cream in an air tight jar and if using at a later date, let it thaw a bit for 15 min on the counter before serving.
    Top with cut berries, cherries, nuts, rose petals and enjoy the bright sweet fancy flavor to beat the summer heat.
